Delivery & Returns
Orders are processed for dispatch within 3-7 working days. The cut off for next day delivery is 10.30am (Monday to Friday).
Delivery Time (UK Mainland)
Standard delivery is 3-7 working days. Order values of £100-£200 are charged at £5.95 + VAT for delivery and orders over £200 are delivered free of charge. Next day delivery is available at a cost of £13.95 + VAT per order/delivery address. Orders for next day delivery need to be placed before 10.30am. Please select next day delivery at the checkout.
We use a number of couriers and the one used for your order will depend upon the size of the items once packed. The companies include Hermes, Yodel, DHL, DPD, Kinetic Logistics & Taylors Pallet Network All orders are fully trackable. Click here for more information on tracking. Damaged & Faulty
Any items that are delivered damaged or faulty will be replaced or refunded. please submit a customer service ticket to get your issue resolved. You can find more information on the process here. What do I do if my customer receives a dropship order damaged or faulty?
If your customer has changed their mind and you wish to return the product we have a restocking charge of £10 + VAT. This will be deducted from the refund. Please return items to:
